• How do I get started? What do I need?

• How do I send my resume to you?
  You have the option of uploading your resume directly through our website by simply browsing, locating and attaching, just as you would with any email attachment. If easier, you can also email your resume to us, or even fax it, whichever you prefer. If you don’t have a resume, fill out our online resume form and our writers will create one for you.
• How long does it take to receive my resume?
  Generally, it will take 2-4 business days for us to deliver your resume from the time we receive your resume/questionnaire. Additional revisions are provided, but may require more time.
• How will I receive my resume? What type of file will it be?
  Once completed, your resume will be emailed directly back to you both as a PDF and a Microsoft Word document.
• Do employers base their sole decision on my resume?
  While the resume is thought of to be the centerpiece, employers also look very closely at accompanying cover letters. Follow-up and thank you letters are also extremely beneficial, which is why we offer services to assist with such documents as well.
• If I’d like a change made after I receive my resume, am I able to do so?
  Yes, if you would like something changed once you receive your resume, you can certainly do so. We are committed to perfection, so we allow for you to undertake up to 3 revisions, as you feel necessary.
• What methods of payment do you accept? Is my payment information secure?
  We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments will be displayed on your statement as “TRE.”
